Each establishment plates up beautifully crafted menus and encapsulates a different dining style or cultural inspiration that is both respectful to provenance, but also highly innovative.

Not unlike choosing from a handful of diverse neighbourhood restaurants near a city-centred boutique hotel, guests may dine wherever suits their appetite that day. Take a seat at the indoor-outdoor Anthology, where the menu is curated (for an experience fee) by leading guest chefs from all corners of the globe; dine at Sakura for intricate Pan-Asian flavours; head to Marble & Co. Grill for a polished European steakhouse experience; enjoy lunch at the Med Yacht Club, where the mood and menu takes cues from the Mediterranean; settle into Emporium Marketplace with its relaxed, all-day dining; or dress for dinner at the sophisticated, French-inspired Fil Rouge.
