The newest vessel to join the growing Explora Journeys fleet is the remarkable EXPLORA II. This graceful 461-suite ship is a beacon of ocean-top luxury and carefully crafted amenities.

With five heated pools, a collection of incredible restaurants and bars, a spa and fitness centre and generous deck space, EXPLORA II embodies modern elegance.

From a host-to-guest ratio of 1.25:1, the largest lead-in suites in luxury cruising at a vast 35sqm, a design that ensures privacy and intuitive hospitality – this beautiful ship pushes the boundaries of absolute luxury.

Each deeply spacious suite on EXPLORA II has been carefully considered to the finest detail. Unique interiors are decorated with touches personally selected by Explora Journey’s matriarch, Signora Aponte, and her daughter, Alexa. Culminating in an elegant home-away-from-home aesthetic.

With every amply proportioned suite facing the dazzling blue horizon, guests can relax on their private sun terrace. Those staying in the iconic Owner’s Residence, which sprawls across 280sqm, will not only enjoy a private panoramic terrace that spreads across the ship’s full width and features a private whirlpool, but also a personal butler service.

Set in the scale between the Ocean Suites and Owner’s Residence are a collection of stylishly appointed and sprawling Ocean Penthouses and Ocean Residences, all of which are equipped for entertaining guests in the privacy of their own suite.

EXPLORA II dining

Bringing the Explora Journeys’ culinary ethos of provenance and authenticity to the table, EXPLORA II indulges guests with an array of refined dining experiences.

With six restaurants and 12 bars and lounges to discover onboard, there’s plenty of choice. Sit down to seasonally sourced Italian fare at Anthology; sample delicate and vibrant pan-Asian flavours at Sakura; dine on bistro classics at Marble & Co. Grill; set the mood to the Mediterranean at Med Yacht Club; experience French elegance at Fil Rouge; and relish all-day dining amid the easy-going ambience of Emporium Marketplace.

Guests may also opt to dine in their own suite or sign up for a cooking class at Chef’s Kitchen. There’s also a bar or lounge to suit any mood from morning coffee to aperitivo hour and post-dinner digestifs.
