The craze of season three continues with new The Estates Samui villas that promise a White Lotus lifestyle (minus the drama and death).
The craze of season three continues with new villas that promise The White Lotus lifestyle (minus the drama and death).
The White Lotus might be over, but that doesn’t mean the dream has to be (or at least, a much happier dream than that finale, am I right?). Not when three new villas have been unveiled inside The Estates Samui – an exclusive enclave nestled within Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, where The White Lotus season three was filmed. And they’re up for sale.

Picture yourself here.
Minor International, the company selling these dream homes, has described the new villas as embodying the spirit of The White Lotus. Designed to be a private paradise, the lucky new owner can expect to live in style and luxury, surrounded by the gorgeous Thai jungle and water views that made the show so striking on our screens. Imagine living in your own slice of cinematic history. And more importantly, never having to deal with other hotel guests who may or may not be going through dark struggles like embezzling charges or daddy issues.

Imagine sundowners with views like this.
As seen in the latest season of the cult HBO show, these villas are perched on six acres of clifftop overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. Designed by architect Bill Bensley of AD100, vast sea views, infinity pools with bubble beds and water jets, BBQ areas and even pool bars are all paradisical elements that are par for the course here. Heading inside, hardwood decks, sunken dining pavilions and floor-to-ceiling windows add to the luxury and use the natural view as picture-perfect artwork. Each villa has two to five bedrooms, with the main suite boasting direct access to a private plunge pool.

Live perched on the edge of the Thailand jungle.
And its location inside the resort means that future owners of these villas have access to all the same five-star amenities: tennis courts, water sports, a world-class spa, beachside dining, room service and even housekeeping. Dare I say, you’d basically get to live your best Greg Hunt (aka future sugar daddy) life.
But paradise doesn’t come cheap. Prices start at about $11,396,100 (฿240,000,000), but that’s probably still a lot cheaper than a week-long holiday with frenemies and rogue underworld Russians.
